Delivery Policy

At Bootsale.com we aim to get your items to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. We understand the excitement of finding a great deal and we want to make sure that your item arrived safely and on time 

Dispatch Times 

We aim to have all items carefully packaged and dispatched within 24 hours of purchase, excluding weekends and public holidays. While we always do our best to meet this timeframe, please note that some delays may occur during peak periods or due to courier capacity. 

Courier Services  

We reservice the right to use any reputable courier or postal service that we believe is most suitable for the delivery of your item. This may vary depending on item size, weight, value and destination. 

Free & Paid Delivery 

• Free delivery is available on selected products. Where applicable, this will be clearly stated on the product page. 

• Specialised or unique items may incur an additional postage charge. This could be due to a variety of factors such as increased weight or fragile packaging requirements. 

All applicable delivery fees will be displayed clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase. 

Delivery Times 

Once dispatched, delivery times will depend on the chosen courier and your location, Most UK orders are delivered within 2-5 working days. Tracking may be provided where available. 

Delivery address 

Please ensure that your delivery address is entered accurately at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels that are delayed, lost or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information 

Missed deliveries & Returns 

If your parcel is returned to us due to non-delivery (e.g. missed delivery attempts, incorrect address), we may charge a redelivery fee or issue a refund minus the original shipping costs.
