Bootsale.com is an online marketplace bring them fun and excitement of traditional car boot sales to your screen. When we say “we”, “us” or “our”, we’re referring to the team behind Bootsale.com. By accessing our website you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

By using this site, you confirm that:

• You’ll not use our website for any illegal or unathorised purposes 

• You’ll not try to harm or disrupt our site, or use it to spread harmful software.

3. Products & Services 

• Our stock changes frequently – just like a real bootsale – so availability is not guaranteed and the products on offer are sold on a first come first served basis. 

• We try to describe and photograph items as accurately as possibly but colours and detail may vary slightly depending on the screen that you are using.  

4. Pricing & Payments 

• All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT (where applicable). 

• Prices can change at any time without notice. 

PayPal Payments. 

• We use PayPal as a safe and secure method of payment. You will be redirected to the PayPal Site to log in and complete your payment securely. PayPal transactions are subject to PayPal’s own terms and conditions, which you can review at www.paypal.com. 

• Payment must be completed before your order is dispatched. 

• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse PayPal payments that we believe to be fraudulent or unauthorised. 

5. Delivery 

• We aim to dispatch your items promptly and you’ll receive tracking where available. 

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier services and outside conditions such as traffic, road closures and festive holidays etc. 

• Please ensure that your delivery details are accurate – we are not responsible for parcels that have been delivered to incorrect or previous addresses.  

6. Returns & Refunds 

• If you’re not happy with your purchase, please see your Returns Policy for how to return items. 

• Some items (e.g. perishable, personalised or hygiene-sensitive items) may not be eligible for return. 

• Refunds are issued once the item is returned in it’s original condition, unless otherwise agreed.
